You may cancel your subscription or membership by the same method used to sign up (e.g., if you enrolled online, you may cancel online). Cancellation requests must be submitted via the official cancellation process at least the specified number of days prior to the renewal date to avoid further charges. The required notice period (e.g., 3 days) will be defined in the member portal or published policies.

Once outside the refund or statutory cooling-off period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4.4 Chargeback Policy and Dispute Resolution
Members agree to contact Company and attempt good-faith resolution of any billing dispute before pursuing a chargeback with their financial institution. Unjustified, unauthorized, or fraudulent chargebacks are a breach of these Terms and may lead to account termination and recovery actions for any resultant losses. Chargebacks for valid, authorized services already delivered may result in permanent loss of access to the Company platform or benefits.
4.5 Dispute Procedure for Payments and Billing
For payment-related disputes, members must contact Company support and submit all pertinent details and documentation within thirty (30) days of the transaction or billing event. 5.3 Reassignment and Forfeiture Rights
In the event of confirmed sponsor or referral abuse (including but not limited to fraud, manipulation, or policy circumvention), the Company reserves the right to immediately reassign affected relationships, terminate member eligibility, and audit related accounts. Members may appeal in writing within fourteen (14) days by submitting supporting documentation. Appeals will be reviewed, and the Company’s final decision will be communicated to the member. The Company reserves the right to uphold, amend, or reverse the termination at its sole discretion.

13.7 Updates and Amendments to Privacy Policy
The Company may update or amend its Privacy Policy at any time, with notification via website, member portal, or email. Continued use of Company services after an update is deemed acceptance of new policies as described in Section 1 and Section 12.
SECTION 14: INTERNATIONAL USERS AND CROSS-JURISDICTIONAL PROTECTIONS
14.1 Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all users, regardless of geographic location, nationality, or residence, who access, participate in, or transact with any Company website, program, platform, membership, event, or product.
14.2 Compliance With Local Laws and Regulations
International users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their specific jurisdiction, including those related to consumer protection, privacy, advertising, contests, payment, and marketing.
14.3 Limitation of Rights and No Expansion of Liability
Where non-U.S. or local law provides mandatory consumer, privacy, or user protections that cannot be waived (such as EU GDPR or UK law), those protections apply only as required by law. These Terms do not expand the rights, remedies, or liability of the Company beyond what is mandated by applicable law in the user's location.
14.4 Data Transfers, Storage, and Cross-Border Disclosures
Personal, payment, and activity data from international users may be transferred to, processed, stored, or analyzed in the United States or with U.S.-based vendors, in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, worldwide privacy standards, and all local legal requirements.
14.5 International Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All disputes or claims relating to these Terms, Company programs, or member relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, regardless of conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by non-waivable local law.
14.6 Enforcement, Severability, and Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with local law or is deemed invalid by a regulatory authority in a user's jurisdiction, all remaining provisions remain in force to the maximum extent permitted.
SECTION 15: DISPUTE RESOLUTION, BINDING ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
15.1 Dispute Resolution—Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action (in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these Terms, any Company membership, agreement, policy, or relationship, including their validity or enforcement (“Dispute”), will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its current Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration proceedings will be held before a single neutral arbitrator in English, with venue in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, unless both parties agree to a different location in writing.
15.2 Arbitrator Authority, Governing Law, and Final Decision
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes, including interpretation and enforceability of this arbitration clause, and may grant any legal or equitable remedy a court could provide. The arbitrator’s decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction, with no right of appeal except as prohibited by law.
15.3 Costs, Fees, and Confidentiality
Unless otherwise required by law, each party bears its own legal fees and arbitration costs; administrative/arbitrator fees are split equally unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. All arbitration filings, proceedings, evidence, and results are confidential and cannot be disclosed except as necessary for enforcement of the decision.
15.4 No Class or Representative Actions; Individual Claims Only
All Disputes must be arbitrated individually; no party can bring or participate in any class, representative, mass, or collective proceeding against the Company or its agents. Waiving class/collective/representative actions is a material condition of these Terms. If this waiver is unenforceable for a specific claim, arbitration cannot be compelled for that claim, but remains enforceable for others.
15.5 Exception—Injunctive or Small Claims Relief
The Company may seek preliminary or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or address misuse of intellectual property, trade secrets, confidential data, or other rights not compensable by money damages. Either party may bring qualifying small claims in Georgia small claims court if they proceed on an individual basis and are below the court’s jurisdictional monetary limit.
15.6 Notice of Dispute, Negotiation, and Good Faith Resolution
Prior to arbitration, the party seeking relief must provide written notice of the Dispute (including facts, evidence, and nature of claim) to the other party and allow thirty (30) business days for a good faith negotiation and informal resolution. Written notice must be sent to the addresses in Section 12.
15.7 Severability and Survival
If any provision of this section is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Section 15 and all other unaffected Terms remain binding to the maximum lawful extent.
